SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours between Monday - Friday.
Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the corresponding depot, you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find your email, please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at Afreenmcr@gmail.com.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. Afreen is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.

STOLEN PARCELS
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address.
Afreen is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

DAMAGED PARCELS
Afreen is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
